Neither EOV nor we can say exactly where this great Cabernet comes from: as one winery actually owns the trademark for this location. (And they ain’t shy about enforcing it.) But it IS the most expensive vineyard land in America now. And its two nearest neighbors sell their Cabs for $250 and $1000!
